Austral Place 88 via the Merri River is situated in Dennington, just three kilometres from the Port Fairy side of Warrnambool CBD and only one block north of the Princess Highway.

With a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the holiday house has bedding for a large family stay. You will find all the necessities nearby with a Woolworth’s complex, chemist, takeaway shop, bake-house, post office and milk bar in walking distance.

A relaxing stroll to the picturesque Merri River with boating facility, renowned for brown trout fishing. The apartment is disability and wheelchair friendly with no stepping/ramps, with bathrooms and ensuites featuring large, easily accessible entries.
