A single-building facility along the Warrnambool Foreshore. Primarily used as a school camp facility to accommodate Primary and Secondary school groups, they also accept bookings for weekend and school holiday use by families and community groups.

Contains 94 beds across 10 dorm-style rooms, toilet/shower blocks and all-gender toilets, disabled shower and toilet, a commercial kitchen and a large indoor dining/entertaining space. Spacious front courtyard with a barbecue and a large open-space at rear of the building, with ten large picnic tables.

Quick walking between beautiful Warrnambool beaches, rivers and coastal attractions.
