What's On in Warrnambool this Summer

It’s a new normal for events in Warrnambool, our much loved summer events program is changing with the times. Here’s everything you need to know before you holiday here this year.

Going Digital
The summer events guide is going digital. This new mobile friendly calendar will be updated regularly. As restrictions, availability and weather conditions change so will this digital guide. You can access the summer guide and the latest information at visitwarrnambool.com.au/summer

Back to Nature
Warrnambool will be activating it’s big nature spaces with a range of free COVID-safe activities. You can expect pop up cinemas, neon light trials, markets, artist in residence experiences as well as a range of fun non-contact activities. These activities will be dotted around our well known big nature spaces including Lake Pertobe, Foreshore and the iconic Civic Green.

New Events
As some of our regular events take a break this season we make room for a range of exciting new events that we can’t wait to tell you about! They are so new and so special that the only way to find out about them is by following the live updates from @iamwarrnambool on facebook and instagram. We can tell you that these events are not just for families, there will be inclusive events for every demographic.

The Maritime Museum and Village will be introducing a brand new Garrison drill re-enactment, a self-guided Code Breaker Challenge, demonstrations of traditional boat building, blacksmithing, printmaking and dressmaking as well as the popular school holiday program in new covid-safe format.
